These terms apply when you claim or manage a business profile on Trip Steward AI.
Verification
- You must verify ownership/authority before publishing a profile.
- You are responsible for permits, licenses, insurance, taxes, and local compliance.
- Misrepresentation can result in profile suspension.
Content
Keep hours, pricing, availability, and accessibility information accurate. Photos must be owned or licensed by you. Reviews are user-generated; you may flag policy violations but cannot remove honest reviews.
Tipping & pricing transparency
Disclose mandatory service charges before purchase. Trip Steward AI recommends a "No Tip" option and modest suggested amounts so families are not pressured to overspend.
Payments & payouts
Subscription billing runs through our payment provider. Marketplace payouts (when enabled) require KYC and a payout method on file.
