The Trip Steward AI marketplace connects travelers with local businesses, creators, and tourism partners. Marketplace payments are not active until explicitly enabled per region.
Vendor responsibilities
- Hold all required permits, licenses, insurance, and tax registrations.
- Honour your published terms, pricing, availability, and refund rules.
- Comply with local consumer-protection, accessibility, and safety law.
- Do not sell items that require regulatory approval (food, alcohol, firearms, fuel, lodging) without the relevant licenses.
Trip Steward AI's role
We provide the platform, discovery, payments routing, and dispute tooling. We do not warrant vendor offerings and we are not the seller of record unless explicitly stated.
Disputes
Travelers should attempt to resolve issues with the vendor first. Unresolved disputes can be escalated to disputes@tripsteward.ai.
