Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

14-day refund window

If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, request a refund within 14 days of the original charge by emailing support@tripsteward.ai. We refund unused subscription time on a pro-rata basis where required by law.

What is not refundable

• Third-party charges (campground bookings, partner purchases) — refer to that vendor's policy.
• Charges older than 14 days, except where local law requires otherwise.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we'll retry per the payment provider's schedule and notify you. Access may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
